Mostly broken with ARCropolis 2.x.x

I have spent the past ~2 hours attempting to get this to work. I've finally come to the conclusion that this tool is using outdated files and libraries for ARCropolis, as backed up by the arcropolis.toml file that it sends to the device / SD Card stating v1.1.3. I suppose for now it works fine if you choose to not overwrite the workspace or whatever the option is, but it breaks quite a few things when trying to be used with arcropolis 2.x.x.

Hoping for a fix soon.

Upon FURTHER research, it doesn't move plugins to where they should be either. Many of Vishera's mods use skyline plugins for example.
