"game is already running" prevents re-starting game

just quit the nightly trying to run the stable, message box with "another game is already running..." only solveable through restarting the launcher.

using launcher 4.1.0 on today's play test.

Oh. I think the launcher might not be lying about this. I've just exited a game and the Terasology java process is still alive, though its window has closed.

Not sure what to do about that. We could put the process ID in that error window without too much difficulty. I guess that's where it would be nice to have a "force quit" button or a way to activate the game's crash-reporter.
