Cookie list not synchronized with actual cookies
I've found that sometimes, when I use the "add cookie" function, the list of cookies remains empty after clicking the save button.
In one test case, I've created a container tab in Firefox 143.0.3 on Fedora 42 with Cookie-Editor 1.13.0 and navigated to https://www.instagram.com/robots.txt. Then, from the browser dev-tools Cookie-Editor tab, I clicked "Delete All".
From the "This page does not have any cookies" view, I clicked "Add", entered a name of "foo" and a value of "bar", and clicked "Add" (save). This returns me to the previous view, showing the cookies for the current page, however it still says "This page does not have any cookies".
However, if I check the Storage tab in the dev tools, I can see the newly added cookie "foo". Moreover there are other cookies listed as well. Overall, the behavior seems buggy.
