Cuda files to not install

When use "python setup install" via the command line, the "cuda" file and its contents do not make their way to the installation (in my case, "./conda/lib/sitepackages..."). I was able to solve this simply by manually copying the files, but a more sustainable solution would streamline installation. Thanks!
