Add filter ability to hanatLm(er) and friends

Antoine ran into an interesting problem where he was trying to do hanatLmer on volume proportions. The model failed because at the root node there is zero variance (every brain has proportion 1). So we hacked in filter functions into the hanatLmer functions. This is probably generically useful.
