GitHub static time - prevent text wrapping?

Date/time column on the GH file list page is 100 px wide. Because of that full ISO format "YYYY-MM-DD HH:mm" does not fit and the text wraps to the second line increasing the rows height:

Would it be possible to disable wrapping of the date/time spans?

In principle, I do not mind a shorter date/time format (e.g. "Aug 23, 13:15") with the detailed timestamp shown in on-hover hint. So if it was possible to configure different formats for display and for hints that would work for me too. (GitHub's "friendly" format is like that, but I am not a big fan of US-centric am/pm in the on-hover hint.)
