scripts doesn't work when enter the page first time

For example the issue details script, when I click new issue and enter the page, the icon doesn't appear. After I manually refresh the page, it works.

Same issue with other scripts, such as github-sort-content.user.js To reproduce, open any page with directories for the first time. Then click the directory to see the list of files. The sorting options won't be displayed until you click the browser reload button.
