Errors in config template

Please consider editing your octopus-printer-rev-c.cfg template as follows :

1. Line 306, Inductive probe pin needs a pullup (^) or will frequently result in retries and probe tolerance errors. This was VERY difficult to diagnose.
2. Direction of extruder motor was wrong with my kit. I had to reverse it in your config (!).
