[workbench] logs dissapear on page refresh

There seems to be an issue with workbench (client side perhaps), if I run a couple of flows while having the logs tab open, it shows the activity. If I refresh the page it looses the logs.

it was an intentional change, we thought logs are ephemeral and not quite necessary to see logs from past runs, but we can add, since you're thinking it was a bug it makes sense to store it

we didn't want to manage the logs size because it can get quite massive if we keep them

It might be worth to allow the log allocation to be configured to a file in a volume (either for cloud or in docker), the alternative is to pipe the logs into datadog but then it defeats the purpose of the observability tools in motia
