Font too small and cache too short

This software is really helpful for learning Spanish through watching Spanish movies which has no subtitles. However, there are a few aspects that I find inconvenient. Firstly, I wish there was an option to adjust the window size and font display, as the current settings make it difficult for me to watch the small window and fonts without missing important information. Secondly, when I need to view translated content, it often disappears after a few seconds. It would be great if the transcribed content could remain visible for at least few minute, giving me more time to analyze the content. I hope the development team can address these issues and improve the software.
