This is a great resource and I thoroughly enjoyed reading it (a few times now actually). I have no idea of how much hassle it is to setup but have you considered adding some form of contribution mechanism? If such a mechanism existed, I'd happily "buy you a beer". Is this planned to be ultimately a book that can be purchased?

This book actually was greatly helpful to me, as my best introduction to the functional programming world too. I would love this button too.
