No 'replace' function exists in the execercises/support.js module

There is the 'replace' function in the Appendix C, but I can not find it in the execercises/support.js module.

Should we add it in the support.js module?

It is actually in @mostly-adequate/support but that does not seem to be used in the exercises even if you install it... I'm not sure what the right thing to do is here...
