How to run the pipeline?

I was trying to run the pipeline but I could not find any instructions on how to use it. Please suggest how to prepare input data and run it. Thank you,

Hi, the pipeline is very easy to run if installed with conda. If you run BacGWASim without any argument, it will run the program with default parameters. You can easily change the parameters by modifying the config.yaml file

You dont' need any input data. It is a simulator
