Airplay icon keeps moving itself back into view

I don't use Airplay, so I have moved the tray icon into the Dozer hidden area, but I've noticed that it keeps coming back. I'm not sure what triggers it, just that I moved it yesterday and noticed later that it was back, so I moved it again, and it's there again this morning.

Actual: image

Expected: image

I'm using Dozer 4.0.0 (29), installed via homebrew, on MacOS Catalina.

This doesn't solve the issue of icons moving back, but you can disable the Airplay icon entirely if you want to. System Preferences -> Display -> "Show mirroring options in the menu bar when available" (bottom of the window)

I think it's happening when I disconnect from a WiFi network with an AirPlay device and then (re)connect to a network with one. It probably puts the icon back at the same spot.

I will disable the icon though, that solves the problem for me at least. Thanks.

Have the same issue. Same version, same OS. You can move the icon, but after a while it moves back by itself.

I do use AirPlay sometimes so would like to keep it there (hidden) rather than disabled.
