Icons gone after Dozer unexpectedly quits

Dozer version: 4.0.0

I was using my Mac as always and I realized I had put my volume controls icon inside Dozer. I dragged it out, but while I was dragging it out, the 10 seconds were over and Dozer menu closed. I was curious whether it was alright, so I proceeded to open the Dozer menu. but it didn't respond and crashed. When I launched it again, all of my icons that were hidden (= to the left of the Dozer Icons) are gone, so I can't control Docker, Shimo and other menubar-only apps.

When I quit the apps using Activity Monitor and relaunch them, they appear in the menubar, but with offset, as if they were leaving space for other icons. When I restart, all the icons come back to normal.
