Feature Request: karma.conf.js at solution root

First off, great extension! One thing that would be really nice is to be able to have the karma.conf.js living at the root of the solution rather than in each individual project. That way we'd only need one karma.conf.js for any full solution. Right now it doesn't see the conf file if it's not within a specific project.
