Pink bomb oms not appearing

Hello, im having an issue with the Pink bomb ombs not appearing in game, specifically in area 1-3 I can still talk to it to activate the cannons but there is no character model, its the same on the 2nd world as well. I've tried deleting my SM64 Plus folder, as well as deleting the gfx folder in AppData\Local\SM64Plus and going through the steps to set it up again but the problem still remains after a fresh install, anything else I could try to fix this?
