[BUG] - "Stash highlight" box covers tab buttons, no way to turn it off

The tutorial says it "takes 15 seconds to set it up" but I've gone over the settings 10 times and there are no settings pertaining to the stash highligh box. The box itself also can't be dragged around, neither does it show up when panels are unlocked.
