如果lrc歌词里有空行时间戳，会导致歌词显示不全（与#1109不同）

参见#1109 ，但是我这个是传统的多行歌词，不是逐字歌词，最新版本尚未修复

这个和 #1186 反馈的是同一个问题, 目前播放器无法处理 "包含重复时间戳行LRC" 的情况, 这导致相关类型的LRC文件里歌词会被跳过

举例说明:
1 [00:01.00] 2 [00:01.00]嗯，欢迎~ 3 [00:02.00] 4 [00:02.00]啊，是你呀

有些LRC文件是这种格式, 播放器会因为时间轴重复, 只读取第1行和第3行, 而忽略真正有内容的第2行和第4行, 然后因为读取到的都是空行最后导致不会输出任何歌词.
