Came here looking for the same. Sadly it looks like rolling your own is the only way to do it at the moment. I [found this](https://thomas.rabaix.net/blog/2008/03/using-soap-php-with-ntlm-authentication), which seems promising.
Changing `no_prefetch` to true has helped quite a bit. Average around 315 with spikes to 325.
