Attach custom labels to installed packages

Sometimes it is hard to find a suitable tool to solve a current problem, or I just want to mark some package. For example, it would be easier to remember about some recently discovered tool or "rust rewrite". It would be nice, to mark some package as temporary or something. I found this pacman wrapper as example https://github.com/Kharacternyk/paclabel

You can probably just edit the pkgbuild's desc or groups and add that as meta data.
