Add CacheServer-style AUR repos to easily exchange builds between devices
Something I'm struggling with is how to build packages on my (much more powerful) PC and then install them on my laptop.
I've set up a repo, but the downside is now I can not use pacman to update outside of my home network anymore. So I have to go comment out the repo lines in my pacman config and retry.
The regular pacman files go over a Cache Server, which is incredibly easy to set up and maintain, and also designed to be robust in case it doesn't exist.
Would something like this be possible for paru with AUR packages?
Yes you can host a local repo using any fileserver like the example above.
Paru doesn't really have much to play here. The set up for all that is external.
