Not sure what you're on about as this issue is about clearing the paru cache.
That may actually be a good feature request for makepkg instead. Not sure if there's one already open.
Right now -U just gets passed to pacman. This may be covered with v2.
This is makepkg downloading so nothing can be done. I think it may resume the download at least.
Same as the linked issue. Make a feature request on makepkg.

That's a totally different issue. Anyway, install's fine on my machine. Is it still occurring for you?
It's on you to have base-devel installed as it's a prerequisite listed on the wiki. Pamac just installs it for you.
So with makepkg I get: make[2]: *** [CMakeFiles/lsyncd.dir/build.make:93: defaults.out] Aborted (core dumped) And with paru I get: make[2]: *** [CMakeFiles/lsyncd.dir/build.make:93: defaults.out] Segmentation fault (core dumped) Not sure why the error...
Same thing with makechrootpkg. Not a paru issue.
