unable to power blood fabricator?

i don't see how i can power the fab, i've tried energy cables i've tried placing a full battery on it, i can't find any information about placement, can i get some help?

I would need to know what mod provides the cables and battery you are trying to use in order to provide any help.

In general, power should be applied to the bottom of the block, opposite the tank.
