Allow custom resolution

It allows setting a custom resolution (like 683x800) at Splitscreen_Settings.xml but doesn't allow it in Launcher.exe UI (it gives a message "out of index" stuff).

It could save the last used resolution too, it would be useful.

Oh, when I tried to start the race it gives a Unhandled Exception with a custom resolution. So I updated the script for a new resize approach instead of modifying the XML file. I see that the Launcher tries to determinate the best resolution based on number of players choosen. So I believe that this issue that I opened has no reason to exist. I'm closing it. Edit: tried to close this "issue" but I could not. Sorry.
