[FEATURE] Discord Rich Presence

First of all, thanks for making this wonderful app. The Discord rich presence plugin has been broken for a little while I think this is a neat feature that shouldn't be too hard to implement natively. Nuclear music player has it but that app has a very ugly UI and doesn't support Spotify so I hope this one can support it. Thanks.
