V2 feature request

I have some ideas to make the support system a bit better (for the supporters especially):

• [ ] Add a way to ban a user from creating new tickets as a punishment
• [ ] Also there should be a feature that you not only see the server id, you can also click on it to go to the server page
• [ ] I'd also like a way to send messages to the supporters, like messages only supporters see in the ticket (maybe to discuss stuff or even roast the user xd) If any if these features already were on the todo, im sowwy
