Matroska support

Would be really nice if loudgain could write tags to mka files. The spec supports replaygain tags: https://www.matroska.org/technical/tagging.html

This isn't very high priority, as for most codecs you can remux in another container that is supported by loudgain, but it would be nice to have.

Great idea, but I must say Matroska is currently to much over my head. It can have such a lot of variants, and multiple audio tracks. I also unfortunately rely on a library that doesn’t support reading it.

So please don’t expect mka support in the near future. Sorry!
