Yes, sure, processing needs to be done in an isolate, but that is not the issue .Even with no additional load the max FPS is 30.

I had the same problem with Chrome on Ubuntu 22.04. The standard Firefox installation didn't work either, but I got FF to work after installing as .deb (see [here](https://www.omgubuntu.co.uk/2022/04/how-to-install-firefox-deb-apt-ubuntu-22-04))
