Sound panning isn't always correct

If I'm not mistaken this is an issue inherited from the classics. @asasas9500 has made a FLEP patch to fix a "sound radius bug" in TRNG levels (which has the side-effect of fixing this panning issue), so maybe she knows how to fix it here.
Since I was checking sound issues, I remembered about the sound panning issue and made a recording just now.
I was about to open an issue about it, but I checked just in case someone had opened one already, and... found an issue made by myself. My memory is very good I'm telling you. (:

Weirdly enough, the panning is inverted (left goes right, right goes left):
- When Lara is hopping back
- When Lara is crouching
- When Lara is too far from the sound sources
- During the flyby
- For a very short time after the flyby ended
