Static objects do not react to some dynamic lights
Version: TEN 1.2.0.0 , Tomb Engine 1.6.9.0
It has been discovered that static meshes, with the dynamic
lighting mode set, do not react to all dynamic lights.
The below static does not react with:
- Flare Lights
- Gunfire
But does react with:
- fly-cheat mode light:
- spotlights
- AND if there is a light object placed nearby: will react to gunfire and flares.

To test: use this static object and place it in the level. You do not need to merge the static.
