TE: Sound Infos: add Preview and Edit button for each sound

In Level Settings, Sound Infos tab:

For each sound entry, add a "Preview" button. This would help quickly check which sound you have loaded exactly in your level. Also an "Edit" button, that would open the correct catalog in SoundTool.
