TE: Reflection effect is desynced across portals
This was fixed at least once before, but came back after some changes to vertex effects and has been present at least since 1.2.7. It would be nice to fix this once and for all but without breaking other vertex effects such as mist and glow :D

Possibly related to amount and/or order of vertices in rooms which can be distorted by adding imported geometry and/or merged statics. However, I can't reproduce it neither with stock TRLE wad statics nor with arbitrary imported geometry (e.g. our beloved Tank Boss).
Partially fixed now, at least for rooms with merged statics
