I failed to build docker from Dockerfile, but docker-compose build works (from a ubuntu vagrant). Regretfully it fails and exits. May be will try latter in a different environment ```...

seems ok yet I still find said attributes tunnel_mysql_port tunnel_actres_port in the generated docs /home/users/sboroday/cbrain/BrainPortal/doc/brainportal/RemoteResource.html

Ok, now I can reproduce only on Opera browser, it renders one field less than needed, I figure some jquery issue.
