Throw error when -s flag is used with TextGrids with multiple tiers

Multiple tiers in a TextGrid should indicate multiple speakers, so using the -s identifier to assign both tiers to the same speaker doesn't make logical sense (and can cause errors when both tiers have wholly overlapping utterances).
