No results table showing after running MRI Wound Healing Tool

Hi Volker, I have been trying to use the MRI Wound Healing Tool in both variance and detect edges modes with varying values applied to relevant parameters. No matter what values I apply, I get no results showing. I have ensured I have "Set Measurements" in the Analyze tab. The tool, especially using detect edges, appears to be working and selecting the correct areas of the image. However, the ROI manager that opens is empty and no subsequent results table is opened.

Any ideas why this may be occurring?

no, I never saw the behaviour you describe. Can you send me some of the images you are using, so that I can try to reproduce and fix this?

it's just a question of choosing the right parameters. Try

method: variance variance 5 threshold 10 close 4 min size 5000

By the way, are you aware that you can run it on image stacks instead of single images?

yes，I also have this issue. When I click the"M" did not display the Wound Healing Tools panel, so no results were shown.

for the images of @RJYorke, it was a matter of the parameters. With the parameters used no result was found. Changing the parameters provided the expected result. If you send me some images, I will check it.
