Let monsters digest slower while sleeping

Research has found that monsters digest slower when asleep. Hence, they do not get hungry as quickly.

Monster owners can then decide whether they want to play more or whether they want to feed less.

that's indeed a good idea that I just didn't see in the last improvements... we increased to 72 hour in total but we should review it to slow digestion while asleep...
