Implement Battle Attack Websockets
Implement demux web socket to execute the type of attack animation on the screen (neutral, fire, water etc)

When you battle I noticed it now gets a nice little reaction. I was thinking though is there a way to get the reaction to happen after it has been approved in scatter? As the reaction happens after I choose the attack but then scatter pops up, needs to be approved and then the damage is published so there's a good bit of a gap there.
Also being hold by #89 with new demux updates... (actually version 1.4.0)
