This Tutorial is Outdated

As in July of 2023, this tutorial is outdated. Thus with the current version of TelegramBots API (Bot API v6.7) and RubenLagus library (6.7.0) user cannot just follow the tutorial.

I will try to fix it chapter by chapter.
