Allow verification of signatures

The extension should allow for validation of signed messages.

Need to determine appropriate trigger (context menu per page or selection), and result UI.

Well, if you "decrypt" a signed message right now, gpg will add a message below the decrypted text to tell you about the signature. It looks like this:

gpg: Signature made Tue 28 Feb 2012 08:18:08 AM CET using RSA key ID 8855FBDD
gpg: Good signature from "Julian Schrittwieser <[email protected]>"
gpg: WARNING: This key is not certified with a trusted signature!
gpg:          There is no indication that the signature belongs to the owner.
Primary key fingerprint: D3CF 83BC C17D BBAA 0B3F  8135 28EF 7F9F 8855 FBDD

However, I agree we should also make this part of the UI - maybe automatically detect signed text on the page and add a little icon to show if it's a good signature or not? Or just act on right clicks -> "Verify all signatures"
