Make text-replacement work in content-editable settings

Most notably Gmail compose uses a content editable iframe. The current replacement won't work there, since the selection will be over multiple dom nodes (each line will be a different div.)

A good starting place will be to use both the .anchorNode (the beginning of the selection) and .focusNode (the end of the selection) in getNodeWithText.
