open source the color palette

After reading other issues, I understand why you would like to keep the theme as a paid theme, and to certain extend I understand it.

However have you consider open source part of the theme, ie color palette for people to do their own color scheme. As muck as I like this theme in vscode, it feels out of place with my other programs. For dracula or nord one of the reasons that make them popular are the availability across multiple apps (community spins).

It is not like I can't extract the colors from the theme, but it would be a nice gesture to other who want to use monokai pro in other than vscode and sublime.

I'd happily contribute to this community, I've shared Terminal and Fish Shell configs over in https://github.com/Monokai/monokai-pro-sublime-text/issues/45

I've also got Hyper (Terminal app) and a few nix util color schemes using the color pallet, alas they are all private apart from the 2 on the issue link
