documentation version confusion

Hi,

Mongoengine is currently version 0.28.2 but searching for mongoengine documentation shows the result that the documentation version is 0.27.0. Inside the site itself it says latest, but there is no mention as to which version that is. This is a quite confusing behaviour. It'd be good to get the title to reflect the latest mongoengine version. Or is the case that the documentation is still at 0.27.0? Either way this warrants a fix.

Issue is not totally fixed as builds aren't being triggered anymore on RTD so I'm chasing previous maintainer to get admin rights there

fixed, readthedocs should be fine now
