connection pool paused

I'm facing connection pool paused since I migrate on mongoengine 0.24.1. So every time I try to query the database, I systematically get this error.

What is the cause of this error?

Must be related to pymongo (underlying driver), check the documentation there

I have downgraded pymongo from 4.0.2 to 3.12.3 and it work

Probably related to https://jira.mongodb.org/projects/PYTHON/issues/PYTHON-3257?filter=allissues which got fixed
