mongoengine Fixing loading of EnumField inside ListField

Under certain condition, inside value of ListField(EnumField) don't get casted to the proper Enum. This patches fixes that.

@bagerard Redid the implementation test case and squashed all commit properly. Is there still problem with that being merged (it's runing in production in our company since last june :)

Any news on when this can be merged? 😄 I ran into this problem, and wanted to open an issue in the repo, but I noticed that someone already tackled it, even if it's not merged yet.

@noaHson86 Just rebased it on master, failing stuff are from upstream. This patch is working in production for us since several month. Just waiting for the merge :)

I've cloned the PR and did some modification (see https://github.com/MongoEngine/mongoengine/pull/2722). It will be merged soon and released with the next version.
