Write tables and report to disk?

Hi @Hailey-Z!

It would be great if the modified datasets (Unimputed data matrix, imputed data matrix, combined table) and the summary report could be written e.g. to TMPDIR when they are created for LFQ-analyst. This way we can pick up the outputs and add them to the user's Galaxy history.
