The music folder is missing from the sounds folder

There is no music folder in the sounds folder which means it is impossible to make custom music discs

Due to copyright, game music is not available here. The file path of the music disc can be found in RP/sounds/sound_definitions.json.

What do you mean by copyright? As far as I know, the music in Minecraft is not copyrighted. They probably didn't put it in because of the size.
