[1.20.1] Unable to open a lectern with book and quill (incompatibility with Amendments and Moonlight Lib)

Steps to Reproduce :

1. Place down a lectern
2. Put a book and quill on it
3. Click on the lectern. Its GUI does not open and an error appears in the console

Description of issue : Amendments adds several new features to the book editing menu that are only available if you put the book on the lectern. Moonlight Lib is a required dependency of it, so I'll include it in this issue too
