[1.20.1] Sky light issues

Operating System : Windows 10

Plugin list : None

Description of issue : Sometimes strange light spots are generated in random places in the Overworld. This problem is there no matter if you have mods and plugins or not. Here are some examples:

Fixed it by installing Starlight, but I think I'll leave that issue open
