Concerned mod / plugin : Panda's Falling Trees / TerraFirmaCraft

Steps to Reproduce :

1. Install Panda's Falling Trees
2. Change mining speed in config
3. See if that working (nope)

Description of issue : Works in singleplayer world and plain forge server
